This is one of my homemade face masks that i have been using for a couple of months now, that has worked miricals for my face and so i wanted to share it with all of you.

Natural alternatives to skin care are becoming very popular, and the best ones are the ones you make yourself (my philosophy!) However i still use commerical and chemical acne medicine on my face because they also work very well, and rather quickly.
this face mask lightens the appearances of dark marks and helps to speed up the healing process of scars. it has been very effective for me, which is why i am sharing it with you!

  • haha zero dislikes, i like :D

  • @superKermit666 Thank you! I like it as well! :)

  • do you refrigerate it once not using?

  • @vadaoelle yup! and I notice that when I leave it in the fridge it seems to last for about 2 months or so. I have accidently left it out a few times and it never seems to start to smell bad, but the ingredients do start to settle.

  • can i use a grean tea with flavor??

  • @kennaire14 The important thing is that it is green tea. So yea I suppose a flavor wouldnt hurt just make sure that what ever flavor is in it doesnt irritate your skin. It is also best to probably use a whole leaf green tea because it is less processed and all of the antioxidants that are found in green tea are more prevalent in its whole leaf form. but to simply answer your question it would be better to use pure green tea and if you do use a flavored one make sure it doesnt irritate your skin
