@LoughKinker Life I all about 'innovating and adapting' other peoples content and ideas as well as rare eureka moments. Nobody invented the mountain bike.... the idea evolved and thank god it does (I borrowed that quote as well, going to take a pop at me?). So if there are things in that book that evolved or are the same as 6 years ago that someone else wrote then so what?
Why would you go out of your way to be so slanderous to someone else?
