When I ski in the West Coast areas. Many people focus on a quick run or two so they can head back to the casino resorts, or get a head start leaving away from the mountains to go back to other activities such as going to the coast for beach activities and such. Too many distractions elsewhere. There's no sense of community on the coast. But Breckenridge feels like a large happy family...all united in focusing on skiing! It's cozy, yet exciting! Breckenridge is so friendly too!

Other ski areas have too many distractions and the people seem disconnected from any community. However, Breckenridge is truly a ski area with a true community of avid skiers. Skiing is the real focus. The ski life is all around Summit County. People are so friendly and all have the same thing in common. The community is very vibrant and exciting! Day and Night! The lodging everywhere is so cozy! They have such a professional staff on the Mountain, and the conditions are always world class!

Breck was like an aww inspiring place for me i want to move there when i get out of the house because there is a shcool close by that i want to got to to be an aerospace engineer and i love to ski. I like it better there cuz there is almost no cars and everything is so peacefull its just the most awsome place i have ever been to
