2Pac stands alone as the greatest of all time. No disrespect to Biggie cause I love his music too, but I don't see him as big of a legend as 2Pac. 2Pac was the educated, soulful, poetic thug, that brings you a message you hold on to decades after he's gone. Biggie on the other hand, talented, but most people consider him a legend just because he's from NY. T.I, Kanye West, & Wayne have put in a lots of hard work, but won't get the credit because they're not from NY & still living.
