Products Featured:
Step One: Clinique Liquid Facial Soap (I use oily skin formula)
Step Two: Clarifying Lotion (I use type III for normal to oily skin, its pink)
Step Three: Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel with Pump

I absolutely love the three step skin care system from Clinique. Its easy, and fairly affordable. I recommend purchasing all three steps with a pump, it makes it SO much easier to apply! The clarifying lotion pump can be a bit tricky to find (it typically comes only in a set during the Holidays or Summer) so keep your eyes peeled!

  • Hi I have a question.. I did the test on line to find my match and it said im type 2

and when I went wt a consulted she told me type 3.. hu?? im confuse.

I tend to get very dry skin after my shower..but through the day I get oily in my t zone and comfortable in my cheeks!! so should I buy type 2 or 3???? thanks

  • @fresamendoza If your skin weren't so try when you get out of the shower I'd say type #3. I originally tried #2 and it made my skin too oily, but maybe try #2 first, and you can always bump up to #3 if you think its too moisturizing (I'm sure they would accept an exchange if you just try it for a week or so). Also, I believe they have little sample packets you can try, so maybe ask for one of those.

  • great review! :D i got the 3 step type 3 last week and i notice the difference... my skin feels soft and non oily!, I have acne and i broke out ( 2 pimples maybe 3) i has them last month and they dried... never popped... and now they are very mature. I've heard this is suppouse to happend because your skin is cleaning, did this happend to you? :) thank you so much and i love your videos i just subscribed !

  • I haven't had this experience with the 3 step, but I don't have acne prone skin. However, I have heard that its natural for your skin to break out when you first switch over to a new skin care line. As long as your acne doesn't persist I would say don't worry about it. I have heard that zits are a result of dirt coming to the surface. Hope this helps!

  • Thanks! I trust your opinion already and I would feel comfortable purchasing this product now even on my tight budget- I have dry combo skin so I really need a good skin care regime to be able to wear make up without looking flaky being I am in my 30s now cheaper moisturizers do not always do enough.

  • If you are dry combo skin make sure you buy the Step II, not III. You'll need the extra moisture!

  • i love yourr vidss!!!! thank you soo much for your useful tips and your honest opinions. you are just AWESOME!!

  • Do you have double cleanse at night to remove makeup?? What If I just use a little pump of the liquid at night BEFORE the solid soap I use...would that work for me?

  • @MsAshleyCrim ok thanks!

  • Yes! Sorry if I forgot to mention that. I usually put a pump in my hands and mix with with water and use on the whole face. Or you can wet your face first and then put the cleanser on. Its just like any other cleanser. Its sort of personal preference how you like to lather etc.
