Now that colder weather is here, many of you are taking your training indoors. What better way to keep in shape than on a treadmill? Well, all is well and good as long as your technique on the treadmill follows these simple guidelines.
Relating to what he says "5.5 m/s", it just seems to be 5.5 miles/h, ~8.9 km/h, or he read at the wrong place. It looks like it goes a bit faster though, maybe 10-12 km/h, but FAR from 5.5 m/s. So, maybe 5.5 (5:30) minutes/km?
thanks for this video, i'm reading the book and want to make sure i can see how this should look on the treadmill. also, i'm waiting for the dvd to still come in so I'm hoping the drills are easy to see on the dvd.
It's easy to have a perfect technique when you're running that slowly, try running like that at top speed!

You're right, but I think he said he's going at kilometers, not miles, so it'll be slower. 5 km/hr will be slower than 5 mi/hr.
