This video represents WHY we work here. It's hard to imagine these people actually get thru life on their own. What would they do if they didn't have us to help them? It takes a real special person to be able to these kinds of customers. Kudo's to all of you who do this every day!!

wow, here is some more examples...i would like to email to...(999)-999-9999. or is it long distance or local (fax) sending FROM utah, "its going to Washington DC...so its local.." lol and i want colored copies. so put it on colored paper. people are crazy.

ups store is the same way. Its basically the customer base. The people that use these stores are bottom of the bottom. Can't use a copier, don't know what UPS is, don't know what overnight means or what it could possibly cost, or that glass is easily broken and so are computers. Just a bunch of people that need their hand held when they make a copy of mail a letter.

This is a Video i can relate to. i was the System Support tech at FedeEx Kinkos of City hall, and i had to deal with not only customer complaints but also the worker. It was enough to make you mad. Thank god I decided to get out of that shithole of a job.
