This boat will handle up to Class IV, several have ran the Gauley with no issues whatsoever. Also, a team has went on a 2 week expedition down the Grand Canyon with these boats, so you can pack quite a bit of stuff in them (4600ci in the back/drywell alone, not counting what you can pack up front).

@ls033189 I as well am looking at this as a frist boat, it seems to be highly regarded amoungst many, good choice, and the weight capacity of the 10ft is 300lbs
I'm thinking to do a 2 week tour on the amazonas and so far I guess this might be the perfect boat for it. What do u think?
