@kevincurtain Great stuff you got here dude!
Mind helping me out :(?
I am really confused as to which exhaust is best for this bike. Performance wise, please help!

@kevincurtain hi there mate, nice power you are making. The 03 04 cbr600's are a little porky in terms of weight... what have you done for weight savings to get it on par with the other bikes? Do you have figures? Did you find you had to run a slipper clutch?

HONDA'S POWER!!!

dang your A/F mix ratio is ACE !! V nice work there
Nice bike; I have an 03 RR myself. I find it hard to believe that a CBR with only exhaust and PCiii without any engine work is putting out a true 122HP though! I would seriously get it dynoed elsewhere to see how accurate that figure is. If it is accurate then that must be a record!!!

122 HP indeed is a lot, but
1) The engine has some work done on it: shortened air intakes, Lamda sensor and P-air system removed.
2) the bike is fitted with a low friction 5'20 sprocket/chain kit
3) The exhaust is a racing special, non road legal, very (!) expensive piece of kit. It's actually the 2nd hand exhaust from the Ten Kate racing team, used in winning the '03 WSS world title.
4) I'm in racing for 10 years and know which tuners turn out actual figures or sell BS.

Wow! That is still a huge power increase from the mods you have done (the mods you mention don't count as engine mods).
That is a mighty nice power curve. Was the blue line from the stock bike?
EspanyolDeLondres 3 years ago
Thanx. The blue and red line is after tuning => blue is with the dB-killer fitted, required for the dutch racing league. The green line is untuned.
