ZX SPECTRUM DEATHCHASE 16K

Released in 1983 by Micromega. A classic speccy game. This was amazing back then and still stands the test of time. Spectrum games don't come much better than this.

Amazing really. When you think about what you have to go through even to play a game these days. Download this - register that -- put in your security code number. Download latest windows update. Frig - have of the games only a few years old won't play on windows 7 - even in compatibility mode ie. bioshock.

Are they really making full use of hardware before companies obsolete a console? Not in my opinion.

Bring back bedroom programmers or a team that don't sell out to big corporations. I'm on Windows XP. Never tried Windows 7. Tried Windows Vista and I hate it.

I think Crash declared this best Spectrum game of all time in a top 100 they did, if I remember rightly

This game is so fast it's unreal. It reminds me Return Of The Jedi when they are going through the forest on them speeder things

I seem to recall that the more levels you progress though, the more densely populated the forests are with trees, which means you have to have amazing reactions to weave in and out of the trees and still get your shots on target!

Classic game that never dates.
