One of the standards of the West Coast IPA styles. Finally I reviewed this beer.

  • Also... yours and Mark's seemed more redish amber and mine is more yellow like a budweiser. Wtf? You think it's jut because I'm drinking this in 2011 and they changed stuff around?

  • @mesuhlikemusic My video turned out dark so it may come across darker, but definitely not yellow. Did it taste okay?

  • @BeerichiTuba Ya it tasted decent. :^/

    Normal IPA-ish.

  • @mesuhlikemusic Huh, weird. I don't know if you can check a bottling date for freshness if you were to try it next time. I don't think it's the best, but a good standard IPA from the Bay Area. I would give it another try if you want to.

  • Maybe i got a faulty bottle. Or something.. But there is a bunch of stuff floating in mine. I watched Mark's review of it and yours and none of you guys said anything about floaty stuff. Its like.... a lot too. And big chunks. Kinda concerns me. I like unfiltered beer and everything but this is too unfiltered i think.

  • @mesuhlikemusic Ya, I think you got a weird bottle then. It's not suppose to have anything in it. How did it taste?

  • @JoyMac13 Oh that's a great one. Definitely try the Blind Pig. For me my top favorite IPAs are the Blind Pig and Green Flash Brewing's West Coast IPA. It's awesome on tap.

  • My husband just recently got me into IPAs and we've been liking Sculpin by Ballast Point. Now I want to try Blind Pig. :)

  • @BeerichiTuba Two Brother's Brewing Co. is a craft brewery located in the west Chicago suburbs - about 15 miles from my house. As far as local breweries go, they're obviously not as big as Goose Island, but they are becoming more and more popular (Beer Advocate gives them an A rating).

  • @BrokenGalaxy Ya, that makes sense. I remember my first time having it and especially on tap (probably still good I'm guessing). I actually just got their Little Sumpin' Wild and recorded it. Not bad, really sweet though. I never heard of the Two Brother's beer though. Where's that from?
