I agree with you. Example: Neither Olbermann or O'Reilly are strong on facts. They are "news entertainment", not real news.
With that said, ratings are important from the standpoint that more people enjoy and watch O'Reilly than Olbermann.

Ratings is not a reflection of the facts. Case in point, Murdochs wind up toy FOX.

I wish I had a staff that could write for me. I have had experience reading a teleprompter and could give you a run for your money. The only thing I would need to learn is how to take facts and "modify" the truth as you do. That is a real talent and I'm sure why you get $4,000,000 a year for your services. It's certainly not the ratings.
