@OneSithSlayer it is and part of that is about the pit being a metaphor so i was also speaking on metaphors too but i see you want to divert things then try to play it off like im the one trying to beat around the bush but im reviewing scriptures and my notes now so ill have the post for you asap
devinga 10 months ago
@devinga I thought your main point was what the bottomless pit is.
OneSithSlayer 10 months ago
@OneSithSlayer ok i see i used the wrong word when i said entire i meant to say bulk. There are metaphors throughout the entire book of revelations, and im not trying to divert anything you seek to divert attention from my main point which was pointing out metaphors people misunderstand about the red dragon and the stars theres no diversion just pointing at my focus point on the metaphors in that book

@devinga I Peter 4:11: If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen
So let your answers be what has been revealed to you from God by the Spirit of Christ, and not what you have been taught by man or by your own interpretation. This way the Most High is glorified and not your teachers or yourself.

@devinga The ENTIRE book of revelations is NOT metaphors. Is the return of Christ a metaphor? Are the plagues metaphors? I asked for a scripture to prove your statement and you are diverting attention to something irrelevant. This is the very reason there are countless interpretations, heresies, groups, churches and camps that fight one another. The truth is I already know that there are no scriptures that prove your interpretation. Like you said, you "was speaking off of memory".

@OneSithSlayer but just to give you a eye opener the entire book of revelations is metaphors. The Red Dragon is not a real dragon but man, 1/3 of the stars being cast down to the earth is not actual stars in the sky falling on Earth its the sattlelites and space stations in outer orbit and etc. etc. etc.

@OneSithSlayer ok i was speaking off of memory but thats my mistake i should have used scriptures first. I'll get to it when i grab my notes so i can give you the details

@devinga What scriptures do you have that proves that it's a metaphor thats referring to a cave? Please post book, chapter and verses.

@OneSithSlayer the bottomless pit is black and dark and cold inside... is it a metaphor referring to something else thats similar===A CAVE!!! so that prophesy was being fulfilled as Esau heritage was laid to waste and they were made a base (plain or without a heritage culture or homeland) people. They went to the caves in the Russian Mountains and during that time Israel had peace for 1000 years another prophesy already fulfilled. When Christ returns all Esau shall die>>> Read book of Obadiah
