Solar Vegan BBQ

I cook pancakes the same way, but what I do is preheat one side of a large skillet, add (spray) oil, then the batter. I move the focus to the other side of the pan while the pancake is cooking and the skillet stays hot enough to completely fry the pancake on one side. Then, when the other side is heated, I add a little spray oil, remove the focused light and flip the pancake over to the hot side. If you want to fry something, this works well. For other cooking, I use panel cookers or Sun Ovens.
