ive found a lighting is good for the fact you can swarm so if you rid your oppent of monsters youre ready for a good direct attack idk why most people dont even run it

Main strategy I've seen in this deck actually doesnt use the Blackwing Synchros but actually Darkstrike fighter really easy just swarm and use Darkstrike 2 blow up in MP2 4 game ;)

And Twilight has been semi-major. It lacks in consistency is the major problem of it, and it isn't as fast. But it is powerful. It is in the top 10 currently, but it's not one of the major decks (As are LS, BW, Glads, and DSD are currently).
