  • What jumped out at me is the bent elbows. You need to lock your elbows and use your torso muscles and body weight, in order to perform adequate compressions. Bent elbows are no bueno.

    A "perfect" chest compression is only 20% as effective as a normal heartbeat in circulating blood. From that, you can infer that a lame compression does very little good. His are still decent, but could be better.
