There is an ebay offer where you can buy this piece of hardware. Using it is easy with the usbhost redirect(redirect drive to ms0:) function of irShell.

The only thing that's happening is that the enclosure is hosting the drive and the homebrew programs loads the backups, music, and everything else like it is on the memory card. just like USBHOST.

Also other way to make it work would be..that this HDD case is byself hosting the HDD and works for the PSP as a normal computer..

It wont work unless you made your PSP working as an USB host. But this video shows nothing till now.. no proof atleast. Seems to me like a hoax as many many others about PSP :)

yes, it's able to drive the pc side of the usbhost by itself,
