  • Long Live Buddy! Thanks for the vid.

  • Our pleaure. He is truly a pioneer of Rock and Roll!

  • That day we got the news Buddy Holley had died with the Big Bopper and Richie, we were one soggy, inconsolable bunch in my elementary school in Wichita Falls.

  • Hey, thanks for the first-hand story and the info on the TexMex cuisine. Next time, we'll take your advice!

  • Cool video.

I moved from Georgia to Lubbock in '97 & lived there 3 years.

The fact that Buddy Holly is from there is all that city has going for it!

  • Thanks, and that is one desolate drive from San Antonio to Lubbock. You've got a great looking channel.

  • WTF was it Holly or Holley?

  • BUDDY HOLLY WAS THE REAL ROCK THAT STARTED IT ALL!

  • he was only 22

  • Hey guys, do we really need to know that the statue has bird doo on it? We can kinda see that for ourselves. Also, knowing that ya needed to use the john was the highlight of the video. C'mon guys, please have a bit of decorum. And usage of the f-word is also a wee bit much. I know you can do better, because I've seen a lot of your other videos and they're great.

  • i would love to see eddie cochrans gravesite :D

  • He was only 23!?!!?!?! Damn!!!!

  • Today marks 50 years ago "the day music died" Rest in Peace. You will be missed.

  • RIP Buddy.
