@4thstooge Please don't forget he was undiagnosed @ the time for depression/mental illness, (which ran in his family) so it was NOT all drug use that screwed him up. Some of the time those drugs were taken just to stop from hearing the voices. Then when he did get "proper" drugs for his illness, he was misdiagnosed, so he was taking drugs that were making it worse. :-) Huge Brian Wilson fan!

@Guitarwizard55 Totally Agree. Even though The Beatles will always be the greatest group, I think this song is better than anything they ever wrote. The perfect pop song.

pot, a lot of coke & pills he was in a fog for years & he has survived & has pulled his life together. I hope he lives on for a long time, he is a treasure!

God Only Knows is one of the greatest songs ever written. I'm a huge Beatle fan but I have to admit this is as good as anything they wrote

@xdevildoc69, I'm about a big of a Beach Boys fan as they come and I'm very protective of their music when people do covers, but I have to say this woman added a very nice touch to the song that I felt in my heart. That's something usually missing when people trying to cover Brian's songs... heart.

I love it! Two of my favorites: Brian Wilson and the Corrs...Brian is and remains, one of the best - maybe the best - of the American musical innovators of the rock era.

You're just a stupid teenager who doesnt know a shit about music. The Beach Boys were one of the greatest bands ever, Brian had several issues that make him unable to sing as he used to. Bu hey, what do you wanna know? Go ahead put your corrs cd on and be happy.
