Change your YouTube Video's aspect ratio to 16:9

... so that your YouTube videos look like they've been recorded on a widescreen camcorder when really, you used some cheap digital camera with video functionality. Just add "yt:stretch=16:9" (without the quotes) to the video's tags so that the effect is applied.

Note: Longer videos may take longer time to process the effect.

Problem is different vids if they have been made by movie making sotware have different aspect ratios. YT should have written some autofit software.
