You pretty much summed up the whole reasons I quit wow, it was the only mmorpg I trully stuck with because i really adored it but once I hit 65-70+ the people just seemed to have transformed into the biggest pricks on the face of the planet, I just wasn't gonna waste my time(and money!) on a game with such a community.

Sorry but the reason you aren't getting into any "Elitist Cliques" is you just probably aren't trying hard enough... Yeah you gotta kiss a little ass to get into a raiding guild but once you get into it it's pretty much just show up to raid, and don't be annoying and you're good. But yeah, I fucking hate elitist fags who sit in front of the auction house cause they dont have a job so they sit there for days they dont have a raid
