@JDHogWild PART THREE: wait for it to get at room tempature. When time passes by your cake will slowly fall down and make a little 'pocket'. Then add in some of the leftover cake batter (keep it cold) and add itin that little pocket. Thats it! But rememeber to use eggs that are not bad for you to eat raw.. Sorry for my not that well english, lots of luck :)
@JDHogWild PART TWO: mix in the egg yolks and then gently mix in about 1/3 of the stiff egg whites. When its all well mixed then add in the rest and mix again. then you find a cake form (or two tea cups as shown) grease the inside with butter and then sprinkle with sugar. Add in the chocolate batter about 1 cm (1/2 inch) from te top. put it in a preheated oven at 175 C. bake it untill it rises and almost cracks. You have to feel if it is cooked or not. When it is cooked thenn wait for it to get
@JDHogWild Alright! weigh 135 g. dark chocolate. 135 g. sugar. 135 g. butter. You add all of that to a bowl, which you put on the top of a pot with hot water (the same way you melt chocolate) meanwhile you part 5 eggs from each other (whites in one bowl, yolks in another) mix the whites untill they are starting to bubble. Then add alittle bit of sugar to it and continue mixing untill the whites are stiff and the sugar has desolved. when the cocolate mix is melted then add in the egg yolks.
