My droid touchscreen sometimes go crazy.. even when im not touching the screen it will scroll itself and tap and launch applications. and there are some spots that are unresponsive. would replacing the screen fix it?

good idea @ramday , me, too, but having trouble finding the exact, verifiable part/kit on directfix. found it on eBay though, all-inclusive, foolproof. sent a note to directfix encouraging them to make their search easier. they put so much effort into streamlining the process i hate to seem them lose sales

i have this phone and just today it fell of my couch and for some odd reason the screen is out but i can still slide the lock to unlock it. is there anything i can do to fix it without spending money?? or will i have to replace the whole screen?

My droid's power button no longer works, it freezes on the security screen, and now the a button is constantly being pushed and it wont let me text with out it looking like atahaiasa. maybe i just need a new freakin phone
