This would not have happened. Multiple TV stations were not thought of in 1946. In fact, TV had only just returned then.

The 2 image was given away on the BBC website at the time. I traced it and created a vector image which I then used in 3DS Max and Swift 3D to create the rotating cube.

I have an original recording from that but recorded on a Sony CV2000B tape shot with a 405 line camera from the 625 line screen. It has bad picture quality but the sound is good. I will post it on my channel. Maybe you can add the sound and recreate the picture.

Hey Frank, see my response to your video :) I've extended the sequence to include the clock that I think should have followed the spinning ident. BBC2 seemed to often show an ident and then go into the first programme with the clock at startup.
