Steps in tutorial:
o denotes an optional step
o 1. Bring up Inkscape. If you don't have it, it's free.
2. Click on creat polygons and stars on the right.
o 3. Experiment with the rounded option at the top.
4. On the same bar, change the number of sides.
5. Change to star on same bar.
o 6. Change spoke ratio, star or not, number of sides, and rounded until satisfied.
o 7. On the lewer left, click on fill.
o 8. On the new window, click on the radial gradient button.
o 9. Click edit in same window.
o 10. Using the drop-down menu, edit the colors until satisfied.
