  • my name is Eli perdol, Oh, I should have enjoy a lot if I was there on weightlifting contests but don't forget that these

athletes was training many years to be in the place that they're right now in those moments. I says as specifically, who wanna train there, need and must to workout on 3 intensity exercises and they're squats, bench press and deadlifts, that's will make sure that you're completely ready.

  • @rugbyking32 i was cleaning 20 pounds over my weight after only 2 months of minimal training, i was 14 at the time

  • Congrat Mr Trainer God Bless u for giving me the faith to start this olimpic lifthing,

  • he is right you can start lifting at any age though you have to build up to it i have been ndoing weights for 2 years and slowly build up the weights i am now lifting almost my own wieght (70kg) though i didnt rush into it i started with getting the technique right then adding the weight and move it up if i have good technique and its easy to do.

never to young to start just don't lift to heavy weights build into it

  • @needabloodyname

because he knows how it works

  • why the fuck is a strongman competitor giving advice on becoming an oly lifter?

  • This guy, however strong, can't olympic lift correctly! Of course he can out-lift most people but that's only through absolute strength. The focus should be on strength per kilogram of body mass, this is far more important!

  • @umbilicaltapeworm you cunts need to come of the gear so your brain can start to work, technique is very important in olympic lifting it can make the difference of a gold medal of nothing at all,so the foundation as to be strong, all im saying is that this guy does well at world strong man comps so just for the sake of making a video why would he attempt to teach people some thing he knows nothing about??

  • @panjabiwarrior that's why this video isn't for people who have done it before shithead. stop watching if it sucks so bad, it's not for you. it's a starting point.

  • LOL! an hr....at otc im pretty sure we were lifting for about 5 hrs a day throughout the day
