Before recruiting new franchisees you need to be positive that existing ones are giving you full returns. Because, when you grant a franchisee you are allowing that person to use your hard earned name in the market place. An ideal candidate would be the person who is ready to change as per you, knows your consumer and will maintain the standard you want them to.
