I am a 17 years old boy who loves clubs and pubs and i want to become a bartender when i will be 18. What do i have to do? What are the steps?

first you have to go in a bartender school to catch some basic skills and knowlge about mixology. After that you just have to practice every day and you will become a great bartender..... Find a cocktail bar and ask them to work for free just to come in routine work behind the bar and after that everything is easy.... you'll see :)
