Part 5a of 7 :
A recital given by noted César Franck interpreter, David Enlow, of the César Franck: Choral No. 2 in B-Minor. Recorded live at St. Vincent Ferrer on Monday, November 30th, 2009 between 5:30PM - 7:00PM.
This is a test for a new double CD album of César Franck organ works, possibly to be produced with a companion Blu-ray recorded at 192 kHz / 24 bit featuring an 8 channel discrete soundtrack.
resistration is like making sound. you can choose a sound as you like and as you think proper for the score to be played. usually it's indicated when musician made his music..

@PlasmaEnthusiast Maybe I am not using the correct terms; I'm not an organist. This explanation comes close to what I meant:
The registration chosen for a particular piece will be determined by a number of factors, including the composer's indications (if any are given), the time and place in which the piece was composed, the organ the piece is played upon, and the acoustic in which the organ resides.

@manxknobs what do you mean by registrations ? Did you perhaps mean harmonics ?

While I'm not an organist, I love the instrument and music.. I love the registrations and the clarity. Magnificent, indeed!

Thanks for a great "palate cleansing"! I heard this piece massacred on a really fine instrument at the cathedral in Morelia, MX last night.
