Hey I've lost 10 pounds with this workout along with dieting. My goal is to lose 30 so I'm 1/3 of the way there. Thanks for posting this video it works great. Highly recommend this for anyone considering it

Alright there! Have you considered - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got great 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

@MyMiserableMindset - That's alright. Keep it up and your muscles will get stronger until 30 squat jumps are no problem. Believe me.

well im 16 and im on the way to getting fat. i hope that this video helps me out my mom keeps putting the family on many diets and it never works. any ideas for food thats good but helps you?

this is a GREAT workout.
Hope this actually works out for me. All I need to do is lose the flab on my stomach. By the way, do you feel more confident about yourself when you've got a better looking body? Please respond because I'm sick to fucking death of being the shy kid at school.

@TownsendV228 - If you work it...it will work. Having a better looking body does add a little confidence however it's not the foundation of who you are. I know plenty of fit individuals that are just as shy. Braking out of your shyness is something you work on. Make it a goal to talk to 5 people you don't know. Then up that amount the following week or day. Stuff like that helps you get out of the shy zone. I hope I help ya.
