That you teach a child about God before it has the capability to understand the Bible. Let him make his own choice. In addition: Nothing. I do not believe in God.

I teach my children a lot of things before they can completely understand it. I teach them to brush their teeth before they can understand why they need to. I teach them to wash their hands before they understand anything about germs. I believe the Bible is truth and I want my children to believe in what is true. Does my son understand everything there is to know about God? No, but neither do I. However, he is capable of understanding the love of God, right & wrong, and his need for forgiveness.

On the other hand you can teach your child about God all of their lives and they will either choose to follow Him or walk away too...Lets just remember unless God calls us to HImself.. we are in the dark no matter what our upbringing is.. Each one of us has to decide for ourselves.. no one can walk another into the gates of heaven..A person must believe that Christ died for their sins..and rose again and also confess their sins to God...When you are a person who does not believe you cannot judge

the bible says train up a child in the way he should go. and hopfully he wont turn out to be one thats hates but instead shows love ,kindness,wisdom,gentalness,is slow to anger,eager to listen,and kind hearted

Your belief that a child who can hardly speak needs forgiveness is fallacious to the nth degree. Children do not need to be forgiven, they never did anything wrong. Stop your indoctrination, it's not good to force your beliefs onto others. Just because you believe it doesn't mean your children need to as well.
