隔鄰打樁大廈裂開一呎闊

馬頭圍道塌樓事件造成恐慌蔓延全港舊區，大角嘴橡樹街兩幢逾 40年樓齡的相連大廈，疑受旁邊地盤打樁工程影響，兩樓之間一條存在 20多年的罅縫，近月嚴重擴闊，由原本兩三吋擴大至最闊達 1呎，地面至 11樓天台罅縫呈 V字形，大廈出現傾斜，居民擔心會步馬頭圍塌樓後塵，致電報警。屋宇署人員視察後堅稱大廈結構安全，居民毋須疏散；不過有工程師則指大廈存在危機，建議地盤暫停打樁。
