im pretty sure elbowing someone to the face, knocking them unconcious and giving them a concusion is a lot fucking worse then getting hit by a puck, by the way which defencmen block on a regular bassis. Alfy was shooting it down because the clock was running out, he happens to hit niedermayer, who really cares, shit happens. at least niedermayer was able to play the next game / the rest of the playoffs...
