  • @muchacabesa I do that starting on a dead stop, so it's a lot harder. I think it's better to strenghten the muscles than touch n' go, because it's lies more in brute strenght rather than in stretch reflex

  • Wondering if this is much different than the inertia press when done with pins?

    I ask because I recently performed the Floor Press but a bit different. I stopped fully at the bottom then reengaged the bar and pressed. This was much harder than just touching triceps and pressing.

    I don't particularly subscribe to "harder is better" just want to know what you think about going full stop at bottom.
