@muchacabesa I do that starting on a dead stop, so it's a lot harder. I think it's better to strenghten the muscles than touch n' go, because it's lies more in brute strenght rather than in stretch reflex
Wondering if this is much different than the inertia press when done with pins?
I ask because I recently performed the Floor Press but a bit different. I stopped fully at the bottom then reengaged the bar and pressed. This was much harder than just touching triceps and pressing.
I don't particularly subscribe to "harder is better" just want to know what you think about going full stop at bottom.
