White People Blamed for Crisis by Brazilian President

Brazil's president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva blamed "white people with blue eyes" for the world economic crisis and said it was wrong that developing countries should pay for mistakes made in richer countries.

White europe, blacks from africa, asians, arabs, spanish, indigenous indians. Some people think brazil is some hispanic culture and everyone is bare foot . I'v met more white people from brazil than any other south american country. Some of the nicest down to earth people as well. American movies only show the poor areas too its sad.
