Qa5 12.Kb1 Rfc8 and there's no Nd5 anymore because after Nxe7 black could play Kf8. I never played the dragon but I'd love to learn about it. do you know other "fine" moves in this variation without Bc4 ?

Directly Qa5 is wrong. But it's instructive to see why: Then you can see the point of Kb1!
After ...Qa5? the idea is Nd5!, winning a pawn: ...Qxd2 (no check!!) Nxe7+ Kh8 and then taking the Queen with a extra pawn (+-).
That's the reason why black is "losing thetempo" with Qc7. :-)

I don't understand se the moveorder Qc7 - Qa5 ... what's wrong with directly Qa5 ?
