This is my first attempt at capturing my one arm pull up.

i try it twice... first on my right (successful) and then on my left (unsuccessful)

For you purists out there, i realized this video isn't the best it could be, because i didn't start from a COMPLETELY dead hang. When i get the chance to, i'll post another video.

NOTE: No... i didn't video it myself... my dad did

  • Impressive mang!

Don't listen to the haters, they're all faggots, a one arm chin up is a strenght feat that very few achieve

  • A one arm chin-up is hard, no matter what your bodyweight. Very nice job with yours!

  • @dfndoe Starting one-arm-chin-ups fully-extended is like taking the way to Hell: take a look around at all the people who did it your way and you will notice how sore they are at their shoulder's tendons; exercising should make you healthier. (Just a medical advice).

  • turn you hand the other way round and you might start working some proper muscles!

  • nice! whats ur negative?

  • Even if two people have the same strength pound-for-pound, the lighter person can do pullups more easily. And yes heavier guys are stronger if they train equally hard, naturally.

  • weak-ass legs? lol

  • dude u climb at cuz if u dontt them u should get intoo it

  • Uhh...Dude, if we're going by the logic heavier = stronger (which heavy guys like to think to scare off the lightweights) - if you're heavier, than you should have the extra strength to pull your heavier body up with one arm. Simple, really.

  • not bad

  • nice! i'm still struggling to pull one off. i can pull up from 90° and can hang pretty long at 90° but i never achieved a full pull up...
