    I think that Ubuntu developers should do a quickly in the same way for Java.

    Nobody likes writing code. People scratch their own itch. Scratch desperately enough, say for 8-24 hours straight (this is called the larval stage of a programmer) and around that time or much later you realize, hey, 'I can handle this', sometimes others will tell you your code is actually quite nice. But it's always about scratching an itch. Day-jobs only satisfy because you can pretend you own the project, that it's your itch.
