Paulo Justus is a brazilian professional footballer (Goalkeeper), member of CBF -- Brazilian Footbal Confederation and represented professionaly
worldwide by The Baskings -- European Sport Business.
He was born in 1988 and coming from Sao Paulo, Brazil, where he have being
living for about 22 years with his family, training and playing for the most important brazilian national clubs as SANTOS F.C., the same club and city
of Edson Arantes do Nascimento, THE KING PELE played.
And also to the PELE's oficial team, the LITORAL F.C., where Paulo Justus had the honor and privilege to played and participated to the development of the first official team of THE KING PELE.
Paulo Justus also trained and played for SAO PAULO F.C. CENTER, one of the most important clubs in Brazil. Continuing his career, he trained and played for other clubs as A.A. PORTUGUESA SANTISTA, FLUMINENSE F.F.C e C.A.T. SANTA CATARINA.
Today, with 22 years old, Paulo Justus have the desirable youth for professional football players and the experience of had being played in different world famous clubs and situations as inter-cities, inter-states, international games and also the international and multicultural professional
life interaction.
Paulo Justus, moved to Europe in October 2010 , to Spain and started a new step in his career to develop and learn with European football, in his oppinion, the most technic and the best world football. Organizing his old and new materials and planning a business project for his career advised by his agent, THE BASKINGS, he learning and developing his view of European sport business in parallel of his trainings with an outstanding European club, while he searching for a new and official club to be part and play with.
Paulo Justus understand the football as more than only play, but the global view about the sport business and the importance of the best preparation for that. And because that, he developing and improving diversified skills as posture, diplomacy, presentation, organization, planning, anticipation, leadership, trust, pro-activity, multi-languages, creativity, innovation, sociability and many others.
Paulo Justus have an outstanding physical preparation, 1,85 height, 80kg weight, he have excelent impulsion, agility, precision, reaction, ability, control and he also have and continue improving very important personal skills to athletes as talent, charisma, focus, dicipline, motivation, balance, tranquility, professionalism, commitment, team work, security and much more.
Paulo Justus had meeting the most important world football professional references as THE KING PELE and have being trained by the most important references for goalkeepers as Mr. Agnaldo Moreira (ex-CORINTHIANS coach), who launched professionally, the most important brazilian goalkeepers. Paulo Justus also assisted to sport and business workshops, clinics, dynamics, courses and trainings to be possible exchange experiences and improve his career with the best world professionals. After finished his high school level studies, Paulo Justus also, looking forward to new opportunities to continue his university studies in sport business management, if possible to sync with his professional football career in parallel.
