Water Bowl Hater

My 3 month old corgi has a love/hate relationship with his water bowl.

I have a bell on his collar because otherwise I'd never be able to find him and he'd probably get stepped on. He's smaller than a cat and my cat has a bell.

There is water in the bowl. He's never growled at the bowl before and I've had him for three months. He was just in a playful mood.
