  • 2 bras is the solution. a well fitting one best without wires (yeah I know) and a second one, either a tight sports top with integrated 'bra' (the 'bra' you find laughable without any other support) or one of these alibi sports bras of a rather heavy and elastic fabric. I wear a 34 DD and with the described solution I was okay with doing martial arts as well.

  • I bet she got a few bruises doing this. I remember when I first started hooping.... I got a bruise the size of an actual melon on my hip! It was insane, but after 2 weeks of on/off hooping I have toned my core slightly, and I'm becoming a nice hourglass figure. I love it. Hooping also makes me feel so good about myself, like I'm a real woman. Its so sexy.

    I have E... it's not supposed to be a problem, keep practising and you should be able to keep it above your breasts.

    Good sport bras help, too!

  • @asiangeniusx haha, I have DD's and i can do this ;) just make sure youre wearing a well padded and supportive bra, it helps! you can even wear a tight-fitting sportsbra over your regular bra. 

  • Hoopnotica fitness travel hoops are heavy and hurt. :(

  • I tried this with my d cups, not so ouch, but I do have a couple bruises on my hips and tummy because of hoop hitting so hard
