D&H GP-38 #7304 that I believe was modified when rebuilt , but judging from the dual rear stacks it was a stock GP-38 .
I've seen it around the Fort Edward area off an on since 1996
when it had a fresh D&H Paint Scheme / I was always happily surprised to see that CPRail
would treat a fallen flag with such respect and honor to let her live on.
Anyone got any better info on this engine maybe pictures of her before she was
repainted and some history. thanks for posting this video

I've been driving through the Cooperstown Junction area and wondering about the Locomotives and rolling stock sitting there. Are all of them up for eventual restoration? I'm deffinitly gonna have to swing by at some point :D.

when they moved the alcos did the train have any speed restrictions? due to the rollar bearings

They claimed that but the local crew never was much for speed limits... I remember we clocked SU-2 doing 65 MPH with Alco RS36 5022 on one day... The speed limit was 30 MPH at the time.
