Donkey Kong Country 2 102% A - Superior Reflexes

So I'm going to play Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest. This game never gets old, brings some of the best music you have heard from the SNES (or possibly ever) and is loads of fun.

It will be a one player game. I'm also making use of a Game-Button Code to remove all DK barrels. What happens instead is that you will always start off with the two Kongs when you enter a different area. So getting hurt twice in the same area will loose a balloon basically. It's also called "Hard Mode" but let's see how hard it really is.

This is also going to be a collecting frenzy too so may as well have some more fun while I'm at it. So let's see. The only big differences some people might notice in my version is that sound effects don't get cut off very often and I only use the map screen once in awhile. Every new stage uses Title Cards (same ones from the map screen). If you don't know what I'm talking about, then it's all good.

Pirate Panic
First level in the game. Easy enough in fact if you loose lives here, most people would laugh at you. One of the only levels you get to ride Rambi
BSt1 - "If you can't get this Kremcoin, you don't know how to play this game yet!" That's basically what this stage says. Also has a Banana Coin.
BSt2 - I wish you could rush Rambi through all these guys in one jump. That would rule.

Mainbrace Mayhem
First rigging level. Lots of climbing and a few hidden things.
BSt1 - Easy. climb to the top
BSt2 - Damn... I missed that last one making me jump on him!
BSt3 - Collect The Stars on ropes. Simple, really.

Monkey Museum (GG)
Stuff we already know. Cranky is being his character athis fines and we give him some Banana Coins as well. Well we know this stuff already. Hmm, maybe except for Cranky's wife...?

Gankplank Galleon
Simple stage but they do throw some pits at you. once you get Invincibility you MUST "destroy them all". No seriously you shouldn't waste the opportunity lol. It's used to enter B2
BSt1 - Even though you only need the Kremcoin, I love busting all the chests on that Zinger!
BSt2 - Thought I could skip a lot of the hooking but I probably wasn't even close.

In Pirate Panic:

1. Enter the cabin, then walk right out.

2. Jump over the 2 bananas in front of the cabin and grab the banana bunch guarded by the Klomp, then return to the cabin, making sure to jump over the 2 bananas instead of grabbing them.

3. Enter the cabin, then grab the Red Balloon.

4. Repeat step 2.

5. If 1-4 are performed correctly, a Kremkoin will appear over the letter. Grab it, and bam - 75 Kremkoins in one.

That's probably the first time I've heard someone say Donkey Kong Country 3 is better than this one. Very rare.

I didn't know you could kill Krunchas with the Team Throw until recently either.

I also recently found out that you can kill them by jumping on them while teamed up. I think that's kind of cool -- you could kill Krushas in the first game with Donkey Kong, but you don't have a heavy Kong this time, so Diddy and Dixie have to combine their weight.
