E3 2009 Analysis on The Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks. E3 2009 Trailer. (Edited by Greenalink)

Like the previous analyst I did on the GDC 09 trailer. I did a similar thing to the E3 trailer. There isn't anything overlooked in this trailer like the GDC 09 trailer has (for example Safe Zone tiles).

It reveals a new item (in a Zelda DS game) and a new enemy + sub boss.

not sure bout the whip but since it could latch on to stuff like the Grappling Hook in WW then, i suppose...i dunno i still don't like how it whips arround...i mean, wasn't there a grappling hook in PH too? so why does this one have to be like a whip? i dunno im really not sure bout this game, i would much rather have another console zelda instead...

There were some variations of the same item like in the previous Zelda games

Some examples:

Gale Boomerang, (based on the Boomerang)

Roc's Cape, (based on Roc's Feather)

Magic Armour (like Nayru's Love)

And the Whip is based on the Grapping Hook from the Wind Waker.

Yes there was a Grappling Hook in Phantom Hourglass, I guess Nintendo didn't want the exact same items, so they add some variation of the original item instead.

@DARKMASTERLINKX yea and they only spent 2 years on it O_O it usally takes nintendo 3-6 years to make a good Zelda game, but every new trailer i see for ST the more it looks better and more fun to play ^_^ so now i cant w8 to get it

this looks like it'll be nore than what we've seen from phantom hourglass, the gameplay looks more developed, even though some of it is like PH... this will be much different i bet, maybe even much better :D
