This is my first attempt to remix a song. I'm new to this kind of thing, so it's not as good as possible. I use Fruity Loops Studio 9.

Considering I haven't asked anyone if I can do this and don't want to be sued because of copyrights, I really don't say I own any rights for this song.

You can only get sued if you make money off someone elses original material. This is not a remix. This is a electro cover.

A remix uses sound on the original recording.

You can sell covers as much as you want and can't get sued.

@jon2unow16 All of the band members are Christian. I'm not sure what they said back with the Changing of Times lineup, but nowadays the new vocalist Spencer Chamberlain says that they're Christian people but he doesn't consider UnderOath a Christian band, he wants to focus on the music itself. :/

@72OllinBear, legally you can only sell a cover with the original creators permission other wise it can be considered stealing... I'm sure if you are some small local band no one would care but for example if Underoath covered some Journey song (completely random example I understand) then they would have to get permission from whoever owns the rights to that Journey song....

@72OllinBear ehhh im not so sure... if they really wanted to someone could get lawyers and sue for intellectual theft if the original and the cover are too similiar and they want to be assholes. i could be wrong.
