  • I never thought of more effort = more burn. I just thought it was the heart rate that keeps the body burn.

  • I especially liked the slow-mo section from 2:20-2:40. It enabled me to see the proper movements on the crossover from FH to BH in a repetitive drill. Thanks Brian!
