@whydid666 I know this comment was made a year ago, but they did apply to heterosexuals. Until Lawrence v. Texas, it was purely state discretion whether or not to enforce sodomy law because of the lack of Constitutional privacy application to the states. A few states enforced them, but there was no real way to regulate without busting into people's houses during the act - which is what happened in Bowers v. Hardwick. But after L v. T, it was considered unconstitutional by the Rehnquist court.

@DonLinpio123 stfu and move out of the country if you don't like it.

@DonLinpio123 That's complete bullshit!

I hate Texas.

What's God, a 3 year old? "HE" doesn't need you religious fanatics fighting his battles. If he disapproves, Texas will go up in a sea of plagues. If not, then shut the fuck up.
And why the hell would God care where I get my blowjobs anyway?

Those laws are there for a reason. To prevent sinful behavior that angers God.

@badboymofo It is true! Texas laws are extremely conservative! My gay freinds always tell me thair hopes to one day be accepted here, but I just put my hand on their shoulders and said "In Texas?" They know that it was just a joke, but they agreed. Too many homophobes!
That is messed up! I heard about this case a couple of years ago, and to think that this happened in my state this recent makes me ashamed!
