On my trip in Charleston, SC for a Pharmacy Leadership Society (Phi Lambda Sigma) Conference, I decided to try my luck at Bushido's Spicy Tuna Handroll Challenge. I happened to see the Man vs Food episode on the Travel Channel where he travels to Charleston, SC, so that is how I found out about the challenge.
Basically, you have to eat ten spicy tuna handrolls (each roll increases in spiciness from the last) in one sitting to be considered a "Legend of the Roll." For winning, I got a headband from Bushido (they did not have any when I went, but they did send it to me in the mail - check out my response video to see it!), and if I ever return to the restaurant wearing the headband, all the workers are supposed to bow to me. I also got a $25 gift card as well as my picture put on the wall as one of the "Legends of the Roll." According to the Man vs Food youtube video posted on August 18, 2009, out of the 475 people that have attempted the challenge, only 8 have completed the challenge. The challenge costs $50 ($5 per roll), plus the cost of tip (my waitress, Megan, was really nice, so I would recommend her if you go there).
I would like to thank everyone in the restaurant that supported me throughout my "ordeal" as well as the camera man and commentator of this video, Davin Patel. If you are interested in pursuing this challenge, you can visit the Bushido Japanese restaurant website at www.bushidorestaurant.com.
p.s. Sorry about the silence at the end. It used to have the song "Magic Carpet Ride" by Steppenwolf, but the audio got disabled by youtube the first time I uploaded it because it matched 3rd party content, so I had to take it off. Hope you all enjoyed it!

@ENZOtaki See my video response to see the headband. They were out when I did it, so they sent me one in the mail when I got back to St. Louis.

@clmsnbas3 Yes, it's a Lambda Chi Alpha shirt. I am from the Pi Lambda Zeta at St. Louis College of Pharmacy.

I'm thinking about attempting this, but the main thing I'm worried about is when the tuna rolls exit my body.
Any need for worry?

@bebop8929 Yes, there is definitely need for worry. I think the aftermath may have been more painful than the actual challenge. I would definitely recommend some Pepto-Bismol or something of that nature after you do it because let me tell you, I committed some unspeakable atrocities in the hotel bathroom after I got back from the restaurant.
