Drawing on a survey of 1,342 men arrested for solicitation in four Western U.S. cities, the authors of a new study found that men who frequent prostitutes tend to be slightly older and much better educated than the average American male. Prostitution should be legal. Hell it's going to go on whether we like it or not we might as well legalize it and tax it. And with that you can regulate it and make it safe for both parties. In places like the infamous Amsterdam where it's legal they don't have issues. They can control everything and they have a stable economy. If the US legalized it we would reverse our National Debt in NO TIME!

Hmm, let’s look at the Unbiased facts: When prostitution is FORCED underground, A)the health of Prostitutes cannot be regulated), and B) prostitutes can’t rely on the laws to protect them from Violent Johns. (That’s why in Denmark, example, Where Prostitution is LEGAL, the problems you mentioned don’t exist.), BUT wherever Prostitution is Illegal, that’s when Problems happen .C) ever heard of “Condoms”?

Many prostitutes lost their lives by psychos who they didn't know would kill them. Also, families have been torn apart by unfaithful husbands. What about holding hands with a person you love more than anyone else, who you are committed to? and what about being with someone you can trust, who won't cheat on you or be disloyal? What about having someone in your life who cares about you enough to be at your bedside when you are dying? A prostitute wont.

It is a fact that prostitution can be dangerous in that STDs can be contracted, much more quicker than 2 people who are in a committed relationship. You are eluding that fact by stating the "human rights" law. Can you look outside of human rights and face the facts? Also, can you reason that it is logical at least that a family is worth a committed relationship, and that divorce in itself is bad, and not marriage?
