  • @PeterTheEvilBastard deep breaths ARE less breathing. Instead of breathing fast, you take one deep breath hence less breathing. Its worked for me when i get the symptoms. But i guess everyone finds their own way.

  • And remember NO BODY HAS EVER DIED FROM A PANIC ATTACK. I've researched it trust me and there is no case of anyone ever dying or getting harmed from a panic attack. YOU ARE SAFE, YOU WILL BE FINE, YOU'VE BEEN THROUGH THIS BEFORE AND YOU'VE COME OUT FINE. Just words to say over and over again to help feel a little better.

  • PanicAway...that helps along with Lorazepam...unfortunately benzo's are so addictive but if they help until you can get on proper meds why the hell not. I'm back on lorazepam to help until my medication kicks in again and I'll just wean myself off again. But check out panicaway it takes courage but it does help for real

  • Very deep breaths may be a bad idea. You already hyperventilate when having a panic attack. From long, hard experience, I'd say that LESS breathing is what will help, not more. Now, that said, what is shown in this video can help, because measured, counted breathing will inevitably mean LESS breathing than what you do instinctively during an attack.

  • @TheShAdOwFoRm Man, I feel for you here. I'm having one of those nasty motherfuckers right now, browsing youtube in search for some relief. So far, no luck. Shit sucks.

  • @TheShAdOwFoRm yes me too , am getting getting massage , my feet my hands so tense , i try not to think of nothing but its imposible , do u get tense in you feet?

  • @NICACHIKO Yes, always nervous and anxious. I can never relax. My blood pressure is always high and im always worried about stuff. I've been to 3 different drs who all said the same thing. That im a very anxious person. I think this stems from having to deal with the death of a close friend in my early teens. Even when I'm trying to sleep, It takes forever for me to relax....and when I am actually relaxed and not thinking about anything, a panic attack will hit again :(

  • @TheShAdOwFoRm are u always nervous or anxious am always stiff am never relaxe i wanna know if thats ur problem too?

  • EFT everyone have to try. look for healingmagic. is name is robert smith.

  • Not enough space on here lol. Anyway, as I was saying.. Trying to grab air to breathe. It's not very comfortable at all and it truly does feel like you are about to die. My first severe panic attack I RAN to the Drs and he checked my chest "Your airways are very clear. Perfect in fact" I was like "Umm, I can't breathe, help!" Then he explained to me that I was having a panic attack. I was convulsing I was that bad. I didn't want to experience it again. Unfortunately it still happens :(
